Why InSideControl Builder can't find the MAC address?

Hello!
Sorry for my english
I have a KNX InSideControl IP-Gateway and I tried to use the InSideControl Builder program with the MAC address of the Gateway but doesn't work.
The IP address is 192.168.1.75, if I do a Ping it works, I dont know what is wrong.

Hi,

If you try to detect via the MAC address, do you have a direct connection between your PC and the IP Gateway (no switch) ?
Do you know the MAC address of the gateway ? Is it in the arp table (command : arp -a) ?
You can try to add it to your mac table via arp -s [@IP] [@MAC]
