I’ve dealt with setups where everything felt split across tools like 3s.money, bvnk, flyfish or even airwallex-style dashboards in other projects, and it always turned messy fast. If this approach is different, what actually changes day to day? Does it really reduce back and forth compared to stacking fondy, xace or damex workflows, or is it just another layer I’d need to learn on top of everything else?

The main difference is scope and cohesion. Tools like 3s.money, bvnk or airwallex are solid for specific flows, but they stay siloed, so teams end up stitching processes together manually. Add fondy, xace or damex and complexity grows fast. The idea here is not another dashboard, but a shared layer that aligns compliance, planning and execution from the start. That reduces rework, mismatches and long feedback loops, especially when scaling across regions or partners.
