Falcon is a COM-component for accessing the KNX installation from a
PC.
"Falcon offers an API (Application Program Interface) for sending and
receiving telegrams across the KNX network."
In the 80's, we would have called it a driver, but it is much more
than only a driver for supporting the KNX frame exchange on RS232 or
USB...
You can have a look at : http://www.knx.org/knx-tools/falcon/description/
If you do not license it, it works for 5 min.
